What could a practical exercise look like?
Use an invented client brief and source pack to prepare a structured note. Require a source passage for each factual conclusion and a separate list of information needed from the client. A colleague reviews the boundary between facts and recommendations.
What working document could the team keep?
A source-linked working note, a review checklist and open client questions.
What needs particular care?
Client documents may be subject to confidentiality or professional secrecy. The exercise does not authorise their transfer, replace expert judgement or establish how services should be billed.
What should you prepare before the session?
Bring one representative task and explain who performs it, which sources are available and who reviews the result. Agree the tools and documents authorised for the exercise before sharing anything. The final programme, trainer, dates and quotation are defined during scoping.
