Proposed programme

How can your team learn to use AI and recognise its limits?

AI literacy means being able to recognise what an AI system does, how its output can fail and what responsible use requires in your role. This programme connects common foundations with practical examples, data boundaries and human review. It can contribute to an organisation’s Article 4 measures without certifying compliance.

Describe your task

What will your team work on?

A proposed sequence, adapted to your tools, experience and available time.

Recognise the system

Identify which tools use AI, the task each supports and the data being supplied. Distinguish generating, classifying and recommending.

Understand failure modes

Work through invented facts, incomplete summaries, bias and misplaced confidence. Discuss the consequences for the people affected by a decision.

Apply the organisation’s rules

Translate policy into everyday choices: approved accounts, permitted data, source checking and escalation when the answer is uncertain.

Keep a useful record

Record the topics covered, roles involved and questions still open. Plan further learning where the use case needs more specialist knowledge.

What does practice look like?

An AI use checklist and a record of learning needs

Review three fictional AI outputs: a customer answer, an HR summary and a financial commentary. Decide what can be checked, what must be escalated and what should not be used.

A teaching example. It does not describe a completed client engagement.

Work product What makes it usable
Source material Approved inputs, with the useful context retained.
Reusable instructions A clear task, constraints and expected output format.
Review checklist The checks a colleague must perform before using the result.
Next experiment An owner, an example and criteria for deciding whether to continue.

What should you bring?

Bring a concrete question, a representative example and the rules your team already follows. The purpose of preparation is to spend the session practising, with the right accounts, permissions and source material in place.

  • A task that someone on the team does regularly.
  • An approved AI tool, or a decision about which environment to use.
  • A sample that can be shared safely, preferably stripped of sensitive data.
  • A reviewer who knows what a good result should look like.

The final proposal sets the duration, group size, trainer, scope and fee. Tool subscriptions and any follow-up are specified separately.

Keep the work moving.

What are the limits of this programme?

Article 4 has no single prescribed course or certificate. Suitable measures depend on people, systems and context. This programme is not a legal compliance guarantee.

How is the programme funded?

WeGoTo programmes are quoted directly to your organisation. We do not currently offer FUNDAE-funded training and do not hold Qualiopi certification.

Who will lead the session?

The trainer is selected after the task, tools and participants have been scoped. Their profile and the final programme are shared before confirmation.

FAQ

What else should you know?

What will we work towards?

An AI use checklist and a record of learning needs. Review three fictional AI outputs: a customer answer, an HR summary and a financial commentary. Decide what can be checked, what must be escalated and what should not be used.

What is the main limit of this programme?

Article 4 has no single prescribed course or certificate. Suitable measures depend on people, systems and context. This programme is not a legal compliance guarantee.

Do participants need technical skills?

The foundations and team workshops are designed around everyday work. Coding is not a prerequisite. Agent and automation sessions require a clearer process and some previous AI experience; the brief identifies the appropriate level before a programme is agreed.

Can we use our own documents?

Use only examples your organisation has authorised for the selected tool. Remove unnecessary personal or confidential information. If that is not possible, work with a fictional or anonymised example that preserves the structure of the task. Access and data rules are part of the preparation.

Which languages and locations are available?

WeGoTo is designed for English, Spanish and French-speaking teams, in Barcelona, at the company or live online. The language, delivery setting and trainer are agreed in the scope. A registered office is not a training venue, and no open session is booked through this website.

Is training eligible for FUNDAE or Qualiopi funding?

WeGoTo does not currently offer FUNDAE-funded training and is not Qualiopi-certified. Do not include these mechanisms in your budget for a WeGoTo programme. The scope and direct company budget are agreed before a session is confirmed.

Bring one task to work on.

Your brief describes the task, the people involved and the approved tools. It is the starting point for scoping the exercises and quotation.
