For an in-person session, prepare a room where participants can work on their own devices, a reliable connection and access to approved tools. If colleagues are spread across locations, a live online programme may be easier to repeat.

How should your team prepare a session in Barcelona?
Choose the task, the people who will review the output and the documents your organisation permits you to use. The scoping brief should also identify the tools already available, any licence requirements and the language the group will work in.
Before arranging travel, agree the date, venue and format with the WeGoTo team. The registered office is not a confirmed workshop venue. If a participant needs a particular room arrangement or access condition, include that requirement in the brief so it can be checked before the proposal is accepted.
