Proposed programme

How can your team use ChatGPT on everyday tasks?

ChatGPT: Turn a recurring task into instructions your team can reuse. This practical workshop uses approved sample material, a specific task and clear review criteria. The group builds a first method, checks the output and records the instructions worth reusing.

Describe your task

What will your team work on?

A proposed sequence, adapted to your tools, experience and available time.

Set up the working environment

Check the account, available features and organisation rules before the session. Use an approved workspace and sample data.

Briefing, source-grounded drafts and team instructions

Work through a bounded task with a source document. Specify the audience, constraints and expected form of the result before generating it.

Review against the evidence

Prepare a customer meeting from an approved company profile. Require a distinction between source facts, hypotheses and questions to ask. Save the instructions as a reusable template.

Keep a repeatable method

Capture the input requirements, tested instructions and review steps. Have a colleague repeat the exercise with a different example.

What does practice look like?

Briefing, source-grounded drafts and team instructions

Prepare a customer meeting from an approved company profile. Require a distinction between source facts, hypotheses and questions to ask. Save the instructions as a reusable template.

A teaching example. It does not describe a completed client engagement.

Work product What makes it usable
Source material Approved inputs, with the useful context retained.
Reusable instructions A clear task, constraints and expected output format.
Review checklist The checks a colleague must perform before using the result.
Next experiment An owner, an example and criteria for deciding whether to continue.

What should you bring?

Bring a concrete question, a representative example and the rules your team already follows. The purpose of preparation is to spend the session practising, with the right accounts, permissions and source material in place.

  • A task that someone on the team does regularly.
  • An approved AI tool, or a decision about which environment to use.
  • A sample that can be shared safely, preferably stripped of sensitive data.
  • A reviewer who knows what a good result should look like.

The final proposal sets the duration, group size, trainer, scope and fee. Tool subscriptions and any follow-up are specified separately.

Keep the work moving.

What are the limits of this programme?

A general assistant does not know your company’s context unless it is supplied or connected through approved access. A confident answer is not a verified fact.

How is the programme funded?

WeGoTo programmes are quoted directly to your organisation. We do not currently offer FUNDAE-funded training and do not hold Qualiopi certification.

Who will lead the session?

The trainer is selected after the task, tools and participants have been scoped. Their profile and the final programme are shared before confirmation.

What are the sources?

  1. Official documentation: data and use conditions

FAQ

What else should you know?

What will we work towards?

Briefing, source-grounded drafts and team instructions. Prepare a customer meeting from an approved company profile. Require a distinction between source facts, hypotheses and questions to ask. Save the instructions as a reusable template.

What is the main limit of this programme?

A general assistant does not know your company’s context unless it is supplied or connected through approved access. A confident answer is not a verified fact.

Do participants need technical skills?

The foundations and team workshops are designed around everyday work. Coding is not a prerequisite. Agent and automation sessions require a clearer process and some previous AI experience; the brief identifies the appropriate level before a programme is agreed.

Can we use our own documents?

Use only examples your organisation has authorised for the selected tool. Remove unnecessary personal or confidential information. If that is not possible, work with a fictional or anonymised example that preserves the structure of the task. Access and data rules are part of the preparation.

Which languages and locations are available?

WeGoTo is designed for English, Spanish and French-speaking teams, in Barcelona, at the company or live online. The language, delivery setting and trainer are agreed in the scope. A registered office is not a training venue, and no open session is booked through this website.

Is training eligible for FUNDAE or Qualiopi funding?

WeGoTo does not currently offer FUNDAE-funded training and is not Qualiopi-certified. Do not include these mechanisms in your budget for a WeGoTo programme. The scope and direct company budget are agreed before a session is confirmed.

Bring one task to work on.

Your brief describes the task, the people involved and the approved tools. It is the starting point for scoping the exercises and quotation.
