One team. Two ways to learn.
AI Summit Barcelona creates space for people to meet, share experiences and discuss AI in practice. WeGoTo focuses on a different moment: a team around a task, with its own documents, tools and questions.
The link is the organising team. It is not a promise that an event speaker will teach a session, or that a sponsor endorses a programme. Each engagement has its own scope and confirmed trainer.
A practical point of view.
Start with the task
A good workshop starts with a document to prepare, a decision to clarify or a process to examine. The tool comes after the need.
Make judgement visible
The important part of an exercise is often the review: where the answer came from, what is missing and who can approve its use.
Keep what can be reused
A useful output can be understood by a colleague who was not in the room. Document the source requirements, instructions and checks.
Say what is known
Programme descriptions are working outlines. Fees, dates, trainer identity and delivery conditions are agreed in a proposal. No outcome is invented to decorate a page.
