What should you ask before comparing offers?
Send the same brief to each provider: audience, experience, objective, approved tools and constraints. Add an example task without confidential data. Responses will be easier to compare than generic catalogues.
A provider should explain what will be adapted, what remains standard and what needs additional preparation. Ask for a written scope.
How can you assess the learning design?
Ask to see an exercise structure. It should identify the starting material, intended result and checking criteria. It should also address what happens when an answer is wrong.
Look at the time available for practice and questions. A long list of tools does not tell you what participants will be able to do.
What should you check about trainers?
Ask who will actually deliver the session and what relevant experience they bring. Speaking at a conference, building a system and teaching a group are different activities. References should support the role described.
WeGoTo trainers have not yet been determined. The proposed trainer and relevant experience must be identified before a mission is confirmed.
How should you agree the next step?
The quotation should cover dates, preparation, facilitation, materials, licences and any expenses. Agree how remaining questions will be handled.
WeGoTo does not hold Qualiopi certification or offer FUNDAE-funded training. Compare offers on their actual conditions.
