| Component | Question to ask |
|---|---|
| Preparation | Which interviews and exercises are included? |
| Delivery | Which audience and support are covered? |
| Tools | Are required licences included? |
| Travel | Which expenses or venues are included? |
| Follow-up | What happens after the session? |
What should you prepare before asking for a price?
Describe the audience, likely group size, language, approved tools and a task you want to improve. Include format preferences and scheduling constraints. If experience varies widely, say so: it can change the exercise design.
A request to train twenty colleagues on customer reports gives more context than a general request for AI training. You do not need to attach confidential documents at first contact.
How can you compare two proposals?
Compare a written scope: preparation, facilitation, materials, any licences, travel and follow-up. Prices are comparable only when these components are clear.
Ask what working documents participants will produce and how they can reuse them. The number of hours alone does not describe the educational value of a programme.
Is a larger group always better value?
Sharing a total cost across more people may lower the amount per participant, but practical work needs time for questions and exercises. The format depends on participant independence and the support needed.
Where needs differ, several groups may work better than a single session. The quotation should explain that choice.
What funding does WeGoTo offer?
The current offer does not include FUNDAE-funded training, and WeGoTo does not hold Qualiopi certification. Budget for the price agreed directly with the team.
The proposal should specify taxes, any expenses and payment terms. No payment is collected in this preview.
