# Your questions, answered

The practical questions behind an AI learning project: format, people, tools, data, budget and what happens next. Use the search to find a specific answer.

## FAQ

### Do participants need technical skills?

The foundations and team workshops are designed around everyday work. Coding is not a prerequisite. Agent and automation sessions require a clearer process and some previous AI experience; the brief identifies the appropriate level before a programme is agreed.

### Can we use our own documents?

Use only examples your organisation has authorised for the selected tool. Remove unnecessary personal or confidential information. If that is not possible, work with a fictional or anonymised example that preserves the structure of the task. Access and data rules are part of the preparation.

### Which languages and locations are available?

WeGoTo is designed for English, Spanish and French-speaking teams, in Barcelona, at the company or live online. The language, delivery setting and trainer are agreed in the scope. A registered office is not a training venue, and no open session is booked through this website.

### Is training eligible for FUNDAE or Qualiopi funding?

WeGoTo does not currently offer FUNDAE-funded training and is not Qualiopi-certified. Do not include these mechanisms in your budget for a WeGoTo programme. The scope and direct company budget are agreed before a session is confirmed.

### What is WeGoTo.ai?

WeGoTo.ai is the AI workshop and training offer from the team behind AI Summit Barcelona. It is operated by AI SUMMIT ALLIANCE, S.L. Programmes start with a team’s real tasks and use practical exercises, source checking and reusable working documents.

### Is this training for people or training AI models?

WeGoTo trains people to work with AI tools. The learning covers task framing, approved tools, checking outputs and deciding where human judgement is needed. Training or fine-tuning an AI model is a different technical activity and is not implied by these programmes.

### Workshop or multi-session programme?

Choose a workshop for a bounded first task, a shared introduction or a team decision. Choose a programme when people need to practise between sessions and return with feedback. The format guide compares the preparation, outputs and follow-up for both approaches.

### How long is a session?

Programme pages show suggested formats such as a half-day, one day or a sequence of short sessions. These are starting points for scoping. The final duration reflects the task, group experience, number of participants and delivery setting, and is confirmed in the proposal.

### How many people can join?

Group size is agreed after understanding the work and the level of support participants need. A working session needs enough time for everyone to practise and receive feedback. Larger teams may need separate groups or a programme organised by role.

### Who teaches the sessions?

The trainer is selected and confirmed for each proposal according to the topic, language and team context. The trainer roster is still being defined. An AI Summit Barcelona speaker is not automatically a WeGoTo trainer, and no unconfirmed biography is presented as an assignment.

### Are tool subscriptions included?

Do not assume a tool subscription is included. The scope identifies the approved tools, required accounts and any access needed for the exercises. Where licences or usage charges are relevant, they are specified separately before the session is confirmed.

### Can you train a mixed-level team?

Yes, a mixed-level group can be considered during scoping. Identify previous experience before choosing the exercises. A common introduction can be followed by different tasks or working pairs. If the gap is too large, separate sessions may be more useful.

### Does a session guarantee Article 4 compliance?

No. AI literacy measures must fit the people, systems and context. A practical session can contribute to those measures, but a course or attendance document does not automatically establish compliance. The Article 4 guide links to the European Commission’s explanation.

### What does a programme cost?

WeGoTo does not publish a fixed price list in this preview. A proposal sets the preparation, delivery time, group arrangement, materials, follow-up and any travel costs. The budget guide gives a comparison framework without inventing market averages or WeGoTo prices.

### Do you offer self-paced video courses?

The programmes presented here focus on live working sessions. Online delivery means a live session with practice and review, not access to a prerecorded video library. Any recording or additional material would need to be specified in the proposal.

### What happens after the workshop?

The working output should identify a next experiment and an owner. Follow-up sessions, coaching or adoption reviews are included only if agreed in the proposal. The method page explains how to distinguish participation, actual reuse and measured benefits.

### Can we book or pay on this website?

This preview has no booking or payment service. You can prepare a brief locally and open an email draft addressed to the team. You review and send that message yourself. A proposal is agreed separately before any commitment.

### What are the cancellation conditions?

Cancellation, rescheduling and payment conditions belong in the training proposal and contract. The event ticket terms of AI Summit Barcelona do not automatically apply to a WeGoTo training engagement. Ask for the agreed conditions before confirming dates.
